Jena’s practice of law is based on a firm belief in building and maintaining long-term relationships with her clients. She will take the time to explain the legal aspects involved and knows that with clear and consistent communication clients are able to participate in the resolution of their legal matters. 

Jena focuses her practice on real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, civil litigation, and utilizes her M.B.A. to represent clients in business transactions.  Her clients include landlords, apartment complexes, property managers, real estate professionals, private lenders, and individual owners of real property.   

She understands the integral role an attorney can play in the management and profitability of a real estate.  She also appreciates that no legal matter is too small and no client is too small.  For that reason, Jena is available 24/7 to her clients. 

Jena is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey and New York.  She is currently a member of the Ocean County and the New Jersey State Bar Associations.
Prior to entering private practice, Gary Steen served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage. Mr. Steen earned his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from The New Jersey Institute of Technology/Rutgers University.  He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Steen focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, Landlord/Tenant and general civil litigation.

Mr. Steen is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association and the Point Pleasant Boro Rotary Club.  He resides in Point Pleasant, NJ with his wife and two sons.
