About Our Firm

We are a boutique law firm based in Point Pleasant, NJ.  Our two principal attorneys focus their practice on real estate transactions and investments, landlord / tenant issues, estate planning and administration, business transactions, and civil matters. Vigorously and earnestly, we tackle the most complex challenge and pursue your goals with creativity and determination.  

Our clients include real estate agents, brokers, property owners, investors and families who want to secure their legacy for future generations.
Jena and Gary live in Point Pleasant, NJ along with their two sons. With a clear commitment to their community, Jena and Gary, decided to establish a law firm in Point Pleasant, N.J. Both members of the Point Boro Rotary Club, they look forward to meeting both the social and legal needs of their community. Their practice, though, spans the State of New Jersey and they appear in all twenty one counties.

Jena and Gary treat you the way they want to be treated by professionals. For that reason, they place an emphasis on communication and customer service. Your legal matter is not delegated to a paralegal, but personally handled by Jena and Gary.
